Ajuscorp offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

The parcel will receive on your address within 5 working days. If you need fast deleivery, contact us on email or phone number.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Ajuscorp online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Do you deliver to my postcode?

While postcodes are a helpful part of the delivery address, we rely on complete addresses to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Here's why a full address is important: Specificity: Postcodes can cover a range of addresses, so having the street name and house number guarantees your order reaches the right location. Delivery Services: Different delivery services may have specific area limitations based on more than just postcodes. A full address allows us to choose the most efficient and reliable service for your area. To check if we deliver to your area: Simply enter your full address during checkout. Our system will verify if delivery is available and provide any associated shipping costs. Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Unfortunately, next-day delivery isn't available for all orders. While we strive for speedy deliveries, some factors like order processing time, item availability, and your specific location may affect the option. The best way to check next-day availability is to enter your full address at checkout. This will show you all the available shipping options and their estimated delivery times.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Whether a signature is required depends on the order value and our courier's policy. In most cases, you won't need to be there in person. If a signature is needed and no one is available, the courier will usually leave a door tag with instructions for redelivery or pick-up at a local depot.
